What gets written to your browser when you visit digital-art.ro, what for, and for how long. Nothing for analytics or marketing before you accept.

In short
Until you choose, the site writes no cookie at all. If you accept, two Google Analytics cookies are written, used to count visits and to see which pages are useful, and one Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp), used to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people who have already visited us. If you decline, no analytics or marketing cookie is written and nothing is loaded from Meta — traffic is counted anonymously, with no identifier, through Google’s Consent Mode mechanism.
We do not sell data. We send neither Google nor Meta your name, email or phone number — only the fact that a page was viewed or a form was sent.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a site saves in your browser. It can be read on later visits and helps the site "remember" something — your choice about cookies, for instance. Related technologies such as localStorage work in much the same way and are covered by this same policy.

da-consent is not strictly a cookie but a value saved in localStorage, in your browser. It is never sent to any server and contains nothing about you — only the word "granted" or "denied".

Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in making the site work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only on the basis of your consent, under art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and art. 4 of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector.
Data transfers
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified. We have enabled IP anonymisation and ads data redaction, and our Analytics account has no advertising features turned on. The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, certified under the same framework.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For any request, write to us at office@digital-art.ro. You can also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro(opens in a new tab).
How to block cookies in your browser
Besides our banner, you can block or delete cookies directly in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all have a settings section for cookies and site data. Bear in mind that blocking cookies entirely can affect how other sites work.
