In order to be present on a continuously developing market such as Romania’s, CEMINTER HISPANIA built a cement terminal in the Port of Constanța. The CEMINTER INTERNATIONAL cement terminal began operating in March 2008 at berths 47–50 in the Port of Constanța, and is the first terminal in Romania with both an unloading installation and a cement homogenising installation.
