The apartments in the TUDORS RESIDENCE development are built to the standards a 5-star resort demands, even though their final use is residential. Only high-quality products from premium Italian firms are used for the finishes. The location is this project’s strong point: it sits in the very heart of the Mamaia resort, only 100 m from the centre — a position no other residential development has matched to date. Access is from the main road, with a direct connection to one of the resort’s roundabouts. The facilities include a private pool and a pontoon for residents’ boats.
