Alcor Services SRL is an independent survey company based in Constanta, Romania since 1993 and undertakes cargo and marine surveys in all Romanian Black Sea Ports. Our mission is to provide high quality and complete surveys in maritime fields from the international shipping, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and putting customer service first.
Our surveyors are highly qualified, skilled and motivated, with extensive sea-going as well as marine and cargo surveys relevant experience. The surveys carried out by our surveyors are in line with good practices and standards from maritime industry, having the main objective to ensure the all the time the client’s requirements and satisfaction are fulfilled.
